By making payment, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
We reserve the right to update product information, pricing, and availability at any time. Orders may be canceled if errors occur, with a full refund issued if payment has already been made.
All orders must be paid in full before shipping unless otherwise agreed.
Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Once an order is handed off to the carrier, the risk of loss transfers to the customer.
By placing an order, you also agree to our Return & Refund Policy and Shipping Policy.
We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion.
Return & Refund Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase.
If you’re not satisfied, we accept returns under the following conditions:
If you received the correct item but wish to return it, you are responsible for return shipping. Refunds will be issued for the item cost only once the return is received and inspected.
If the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective, or damaged), we will cover return shipping and issue a full refund or replacement.
We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet these conditions.

Shipping Policy
We offer $10 flat rate shipping within the contiguous United States (excluding Alaska and Hawaii). We do not ship internationally.
Please note that certain oversized and heavy items are subject to additional shipping surcharges due to freight and handling costs. These surcharges will be added at checkout and apply per item purchased.
The following items are subject to shipping surcharges:
Forges — $35 surcharge
Shoeing Boxes — $25 surcharge
Stall Jacks — $25 surcharge
Anvils — $35 surcharge
Anvil Stands — $35 surcharge
Orders are shipped via UPS or Roadie (for local deliveries), whichever is most efficient.
Orders placed by 1:00 PM Arizona time will be processed the same day when possible, but this is not guaranteed.
Ground shipping delivery dates are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, or other circumstances outside our control.
If you need faster delivery, please call us to arrange expedited shipping options.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for delays or additional charges due to incorrect addresses.
